Identity of the contracting parties
On the one hand, the CUSTOMER is responsible for the accuracy of personal data provided to AMNESIA.
On the other hand, AMNESIA, as supplier of the products purchased by the CUSTOMER, is NIGHTEVOLUTION SA, with address at C/ Balmes, 65 2º 1ª, 08007 Barcelona, Barcelona, CIF A67267831, customer service telephone number 971198041 and website https://www.amnesia.es (hereinafter, the Website).
Object of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship between AMNESIA and the CUSTOMER at the moment the CUSTOMER accepts the corresponding box during the online purchase process.
The contractual purchase and sale relationship involves the delivery, in exchange for a specific price and publicly displayed on the website, of the purchased product.
Acceptance of this document implies that the CLIENT:
- You have read, understand and comprehend the above.
- A person with sufficient capacity to contract.
- It assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
These conditions shall be valid for an indefinite period of time and shall apply to all purchases made through the AMNESIA website.
AMNESIA informs that the trade is responsible and knows the current legislation of the countries to which it sends the products, and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were purchased prior to the modification.
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, placing an order with AMNESIA shall constitute acceptance by the CUSTOMER of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the CUSTOMER may differ from those of AMNESIA if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by AMNESIA.
Return policy
AMNESIA accepts returns or exchanges of unused products with original tags attached.
The deadline is 15 days from the arrival of the order. You can exchange the product, return it for shop credit or get a refund to the original payment method.
The product cannot be returned or exchanged if it has visible signs of use or no tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to the availability of the ordered product. The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product, unless the product has been returned as faulty or incorrect.
To initiate the return or exchange process, you must contact our customer service at info@amnesia.es. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the advertised characteristics, we offer the possibility to replace the defective product with a new one at no additional cost.
If the replacement is not possible, we will refund the full amount paid. If you have any complaints, please contact our customer service department at info@amnesia.es.
Refunds cannot be made in the following cases:
1. If the product is not presented in perfect condition.
2. If the packaging of the product is not the original packaging or if it is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must protect the product so that it is received in perfect condition, and the use of seals and adhesive tapes applied directly to it is prohibited.
3. When the product is unopened and it cannot be shown that it has not been used.
4. When they are personalised products or those exempted for reasons of hygiene or other exceptions legally provided for in Art. 103 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March.
