We hope you love your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below.
Return Window
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
We cannot accept returns on items with visible signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or missing tags.
How to Return an Item

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
Our team will provide you with the return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process one of the following:
- Exchange (subject to stock availability)
- Store credit
- Refund to your original payment method
Please allow several business days for your refund to appear in your account after processing.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
- The item received is faulty
- The wrong item was sent
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact store@amnesia.es as soon as possible with your order details and photos where applicable. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised items
- Products exempt from return for hygiene reasons
- Items not returned in their original condition
