Please note:
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- During busy periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- The size and weight of your order
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €200.

International Duties & Taxes

AMNESIA cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
AMNESIA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact store@amnesia.es and we will do our best to assist.
Once a package has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.
